1. One interesting thing I found was that Flickr is a part of Yahoo! and therefore its terms of use are created and presented by Yahoo!

Creative Commons Video

• I learned from the video that consent to use your work can even come in the form of words; it does not have to be written on paper.
• I learned that Creative Commons is a new idea separate from Copyright that allows people to use others' work under certain conditions.
• I learned that if an artist was to use Creative Commons to publish his work, it would be stamped with a "CC" letting the public know that they are allowed to use this work.
